What is your online return policy?


We offer an exchange/refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. The products must be in their original conditions (perfect condition to sell) and have not worn, used, damaged, washed or altered.


Please note that original tags must be attached and sale items are not applicable for exchange/refund.


Do I need to pay for return postage?


Apparently, yes. We do not cover for the return postage.

We highly recommend using traceable delivery service to ensure your parcel is safe and secured.

 

 

I want to make an exchange/refund, where do I start?


For a return, please make sure you meet all the requirements mentioned in our online return policy. Simply download the return form here return and exchange form. Fill in your details and choose the option you wish you change. Please attach the form with the garments in your parcel and ship it to us.

We highly encourage all of our customers to reuse the parcel bag to cut down waste. A little kind act for our planet.


What if I get a faulty?


We work diligently hard to deliver beautiful products. If you concern about faulty/damaged product, please kindly contact us along with imagery proofs of damages and we can assist you from there.

 

I want to exchange something to different size or colour!


You absolutely can, the sizes and colours for each style may be vary depend on the current stock available so the best option is to get in touch, and we can assist from there.

 


When will I get my refund?


Once we receive your return, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed and 5-10 business days for the bank to post a refund to your account. The refund will be credited back to your original form of payment. Once your refund is processed, we will then notify you with an email.
